The App "Difference" shows the difference between the previous and current screenshots.

You can customize how the differences are highlighted:

Sensitivity: from 0 to 100% where 0 is low sensitivity, 100 is high sensitivity. The default value is 50
Highlight color: the color used to highlight changes
Original image alpha: from 0 to 100%, with 0 to hide the original image and 100 to show it in initial opacity. The default value is 10.

Note: This App adds a new screenshot to your capture, which counts towards your monthly quota.

Here is an example of changes between 2 screenshots of a Twitch channel (sensitivity = 50, color = Blue):
